About Annie

 

Annie J. Caulkins Annie Caulkins blends her rich experience as a coach, facilitator, educator and leadership consultant with extensive training in a variety of disciplines to create a distinctive offering for her clients. Previously a teacher, Annie has worked as a facilitator as well as a leadership development coach and consultant since 1998. She has coached corporate executives, leaders of non-profits, small business entrepreneurs, university faculty, and change agents in corporate and government sectors.

 

Annie also loves working with people in transition, whether it’s career, post-career, or some other life change. Having made two significant and successful career shifts in her life, Annie combines her experience, knowledge and skills to help clients navigate and sustain change by aligning with their purpose and what the deeply care about.

 

Annie is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, she is a Certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute. Annie holds a Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Arkansas and a Masters degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

 

Annie finds great joy in cooking for friends and family, quilting, and traveling the globe. She also loves spending time in the outdoors, especially working in her garden, sailing with her husband, Tom, and hiking in the woods around her home in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
