About the Retreat
Come BE at the Sea for our 2010 retreat and nourish yourself in the natural beauty of the North Carolina coastal environment. During this three-day retreat, you will use an array of experiences, including journaling, body awareness practices, creative expression, and partner dialogue, to explore ways to make self-care a priority and integrate it into your life.
What to Expect
Using the peaceful ocean environment as a source for inspiration and support, you will:
- Engage in a wide variety of activities and coaching for shifting perspectives, developing mindful awareness, and learning sustainable self-care practices.
- Join in fun, morning movement, playing in the surf, beach combing, birding, marsh walks and more!
- Create a personal plan, including practices, structures and support for ongoing self-care.
- Leave renewed, refreshed and energized!
About the Coaches
Lynn Stolp and Annie Caulkins are certified personal and business coaches who love working with people seeking presence and self-leadership in their lives. Lynn and Annie’s expertise lies in working with clients to navigate and sustain meaningful change by aligning with passion and values.
